A few things for you, Automotive ER of Frisco... if you say it's going to cost $150, then don't charge $230. If I give my car to you and the window is working fine and then I pick up my car from you and the window is rolled all the way down and won't come back up, don't tell me you can fix it for $120! And especially don't tell me that it was an "inconvenience" for you that my window motor went out and you "had to inspect it." Why the heck do you need to roll down the window anyway?! OH, AND...take debit/credit like EVERY OTHER regular business! You should pack up your shop and move it to Oklahoma. I would have expected this poor treatment in that state.

Planning to leave on a short trip tomorrow, I just mentioned to a friend last night that I thought my air conditioner was going out - and she kindly recommended "Kelly". I called and he said he was not taking any appointments until after Thursday; as he was stacked up; however, since Nattlie had referred me, bring it in by 8:00 a.m. this morning and he would at least put a Band-Aid for me so we could travel in comfort. By 10:00 a.m. he called and it was fixed and I could pick it up. A legitimate problem to the tune of $141.00, how could I not round up that bill with a tip; first putting in front of the line and so efficiently repair my dilemma for such a small charge. Nothing like one happy customer telling another happy customer - the best advertising you could ever hope to have. Thank you, Kelly and your team for taking care of me. JBS
