Worst shoe repair place ever. If you want your shoes ruined and laughed at your face by some rude immigrants then you can go ahead and visit this place.

I brought two completely new pairs of shoes to put sole protectors on. One pair of white shoes that were $500 were returned to me with glue residue on the white patent leather on my new shoes. I had them look at it and fortunately they were able to remove the glue for me. I was already disappointed with the sloppiness. The second pair of Valentinos that cost $1200 were returned to me with an actual cut not even a scrape in the patent leather. They offered to glue and paint over it. I was already extremely upset because these were brand new shoes and they were a gift to me from my husband and cost more than any other pair I have owned. They returned them to me with what appeared to be glued two scratches now. Absolutely horrible especially since I asked them to be extremely careful with them because they were very expensive and new. I cannot believe that a shoe repair place cannot put a sole protectors without ruining the brand new shoes. This is completely unheard of. They never even offered a refund. But then again the $18 refund is not going to fix my $1200 shoes that I entrusted to them. Never coming back and you should not either. Sloppy job and sloppy service.

I took in a pair of heels that my dog had chewed up the heels. I was amazed when I picked them up! My shoes were not only fixed but they looked just about new! I cant thank them enough!

I brought two pairs of shoes in to be re-soled. After using each pair once, the soles started falling off! After giving them TWO tries to repair the problem, the soles were still falling off so I asked for my money back. They would only refund one pair.



When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau, Alex Livschitz, the son of the owner, LAUGHED IN MY FACE.



DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS STORE.
