After reading the previous review dated 8/1/16 I felt obligated to put up my own opinion. The selection is beyond expectations. Most of the glass is priced fairly to fit all budgets. One thing that stood out to me was their selection of high end glass blower pieces (which are also priced unreasonably fair). At first I thought that they just didn't know what they had on their shelves, but after talking to the guy I realized that he was actually very informed as to what it was they were selling and explained that they strive to get nice pieces from artist to collectors who typically wouldn't be able to afford pieces such as those. i.e. Big Z, Chris Carlson, Zii and Dosh just to name a few. Selections from companies like Medicali, Zone and American Helix all priced to move. Now as far as the employees go, some are better than others and your experience will vary from one guy to the next. But I've never been pissed enough to blast them on the internet. Some people don't understand that if you go into a store like this with the intention of shopping around and askin a bunch of questions about multiple products, the guys there will have to take care of other customers that are only there for cigars or cigarettes. Because they are in & out. I've been in there a couple times when people acted like they were completely disrespected due to the clerk leaving them in the middle of explaining a product to get a guy a cigarillo real quick and come back to them. They act like it was the biggest inconvenience they've ever had to deal with. People now days just need to chill and understand that it's all about prioritizing people in a timely manner. Dont let one bad review discourage you from checking these guys out. It's worth your time to at least see for yourself. You won't be disappointed I put that on everything.

Terrible customer service. Went in on an impulse and had money to blow. Would have spent a lot in there, but ended up spending it all at a place I don't like because the guy inside was such a prick. He was a total dick, completely ignored us, and just looked pissed that we were in there about to bother him with a sale. I randomly asked him about a new product that I hoped they had, but while starting to describe the item I was rudely interrupted and told that he knew what I was talking about. But his tone towards me was as if i was lesser of a human than him. Like I was stupid or something. He even had the expression on his face of disgust. I was so pissed at his rudeness, he got a quick piece of my mind and we went elsewhere. We will never be returning to this location.

Simply amazing!! I recommend this place to everybody, I will never go to another smoke shop after coming here. #1 smoke shop in my book��������
