My 1st and only Hardened upper came brown boxed with paper wrapped ends. In videos, they show them in nicer boxes with nice foam packaging. Also, my flash hider was so poor quality it looked like a blind man ground it with a hand grinder. No joke, it had a 1/4' burr sticking out on one side and did NOT look machined. It looked hand ground. I was like "OK, no big deal". Contacted them about it and they sent a new flash hider right away. They seen photos and even agreed that the flash hider was terrible and to "toss it out". The new one arrived in 2 or 3 days and looked excellent on the outside, all machined nicely and even like it should! BUT... then I notice something funny. The whole inside had been drilled out to 5/8' and threaded half way up the hider. lol, WTH!?!?!? I heard they had quality control issues but I figured stuff happens and I would try their uppers. I just can't trust them now. I would check my stuff from them really well. It is also interesting that on the Hardened Arms website they don't have a way to review their products. As for me, I won't be buying anything else from them. Just my two cents.
