Getting our start in the world of corporate pet store grooming salons, we quickly realized the conveyor belt-type grooming that is offered was not the type of experience we wanted to have with our clients. We then decided to take the grooming experience to a more personal level in which we could spend more quality time with each pet parent and most importantly, each pet. Being pet parents ourselves, we understand having a safe and positive interaction is much more important than having a hurried salon visit. Each pet, whether big or small, gets our direct attention from the time they arrive until the time they leave. Working at a private salon for 4 years, we have seen the benefits of the personal relationships that are developed between groomers and families alike.
