First experience with the receptionist or manager over the phone she was Very Very RUDE! She needs to learn communication skills and how to handle prospective renters or business relations. Definitely will not be calling again no matter how nice or cheap or whatever "special" they offer. I had to at least give one star because it would not let me give a ZERO star. I hope after reading this Villa Savini Owners will reconsider who they designate to work with the public and train its employees to be on their best behavior regardless of how their day is going. Remember, your employees are a reflection of your business ;) so in this case VILLA SAVINI poor poor rating.
