Was in last summer to have the prongs fix on a nice gold solitaire with a CZ. We went for the gold and saved on the stone. I haven't had very good luck with diamond rings. My point is they treated it and me as if it was a 1ct diamond. Since the CZ was s bit scratched they replaced I at no charge and added some gold on top where it was a bit worn. It looked better than ever. The reason I'm just now doing this review is because my daughter was wondering where she could take an heirloom diamond and some gold to have a new ring made where they were trustworthy and did good work. I had no trouble recommending Ritz. I had t look up the address and I found the opportunity to give some well deserving people a the best rating.

I was trying to get rid of some scrap gold & silver & I went to federal jewelery & loan first & got a total lowball of my items & was very discouraged. & then I thought about the ritz & have never been before but I had seen them allot on tv & thought it was worth a shot! I get in & was immediately greeted by everyone. The lady that helped me I believe was the owner, but she checked everything out & told me what she was going to pay for some items & even bought on that the other store said wasn't even real! They are very honest & respectable people. I would most definitely would bring my business to only here & I will recommend to everyone!
