Reserved a party. Wouldn't seat us until we had 15 people. About 3 minutes later the next 2 people showed and they tried to tell us to wait 45 more minutes. This place is an absolute joke

We reserved a table for 17 at 7:30PM. The employee in the front refused to seat us until 15 people were there, when 15 of us finally got there about 7:45PM so at we asked if we could be seated. They told us our table wasn’t ready and we couldn’t sit down until 8:00PM. We were trying to have a surprise birthday dinner so the last 2 people were supposed to be late on purpose. We finally get seated and it takes our waitresses 20 minutes to come ask us what we’d like for drinks and about 10 more minutes later we were asked for our dinner requests. Another 15 minutes go by and the cooks finally come out to cook our food; the portions were SO small it was ridiculous. This place was the most expensive teppanyaki restaurant I have been to and had the smallest portion sizes ever. The waitresses got 2 tabs mixed up and put on my tab that my mother ordered chicken and scallops so we asked for the tab to be updated correctly because my mother did not order scallops. The waiter, whose name was Pie, came back and told my mother that she was not going to be able to take the scallops off because the cook confirmed that he gave her scallops. So we asked for the cook to come back so he could see my mother and confirm that she in fact did not get scallops or we wanted to speak to a supervisor. Both the cook and the supervisor refused to come over and talk to us, 20 more minutes go by and they finally come back with the scallops taken off. The employee told us how the manager was refusing to take the scallops off that is what took her so long. We asked for the manager to come out again and the employee refused to get the manager and said if we spoke to the manager she would get into trouble. I asked for a corporate number to call and my request was yet again denied. On top of the HORRID services we received, we were given an automatic 20% gratuity which was 100% not deserved. I will never go back and when asked if I would recommend this restaurant to a friend, my rating would be a -10 out of 0 to 10. Disgusting service, they need to be trained on how to properly treat their customers.

I always like trying something different and since it was my daughter birthday - I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! Very disappointed. The manager or owner was very RUDE and didn't ask why. As for me the whole expirence was not good - first the chef cleaned the grill and all the steam with whatever was on the grill went in my face - after waiting over 20 from the time the waitress took our order and was joined by another couple and they placed their order was the chef allowed to service us - my fried rice was very bland no flavor waited another 20min to get my chicken by then the rest of my food was cold and had to use the hot chicken to heat the rest of my food which i ate since i was hunger and waited maybe 45min - forgot i was last to be serviced cold rice cold veggies with no flavor. How would you like it if this happen to you when you went to a restaurant that was recommended? Eat the food and pay or just walk out?

The food was okay at best. Not...

The food was okay at best. Not happy with the sushi we decided to order a couple of different rolls to try them...each piece was a different size not uniform at all so you either got a very small or large portion. Knowing there is not nuts in what I ordered due to allergy reasons for some reason had an allergic reaction that is only typical when I consume nuts. I will not be going back or recommending to friends.

We showed up on a Tuesday night with 15 people to celebrate our daughter's birthday - 5 kids and 7 adults. They gave us our own private room and took great care of us. The wait staff was terrific! They were great at keeping up with our needs. The food was good and we all had plenty to eat. Not the best Japanese food I've ever had, but plenty of good flavor.

Seriously

So we went there as a group for tepanyaki, the chef was really good and funny. But the rice was crunchy and definatly not as good as edo-ya. But the real thing is the skanky a** waitress tried hitting on my husbay! It was very obvious, lke Seriously can you not see his wedding ring and me at his side wtf. So if you ask me stick with edo-ya!
