Dont know if the dentist will ever read this, but for the sake of his business, I hope he does. He needs a new receptionist!! The current one hardly ever answers the phone, is totally unprofessional and shouldn't be the first person you see when you walk in the door (provided the door is not locked!!) I have NO qualms about the dentist, just about his support staff.
