The info leading up to the visit said a woman was coming. And the office verified the visit about 5 times via phone, text and email. It was annoying. It was also confusing to have a man show up instead of a woman.

Your representative seemed knowledgeable and professional. I asked for the bid to be in two parts. One for the shower only and the second was for a complete remodel of the entire bathroom. The bid of $16,000.00 for a shower is to me outrageous and excessive.
