This place is horrible. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER HERE. They delivered my order my fiancé placed for my birthday after I had already left work. So I got them the next day. I called them to advise the flowers did not look fresh and that I received them after I had already left. I have heard they do this a lot. They deliver old flowers after the person they're being delivered to has left. So they blame the customer. When I called I supposedly spoke to the owner who is a female. I advised her of the issues and she immediately got rude. She said they'll replace them. Which I was happy with but when I asked for the process to know time and if they'll call me when they get to my place of job to make sure it's during the time I'm at work. She immediately became rude. She said she cancelled the order. She blamed me for being rude which I was not. She refused to give me her name and all she told me was she is the owner. She hung up on me. I called back I advised her this is not how you treat customers especially as an owner. She just hung up on me again. I continued to call multiple times because I wanted my issues resolved but apparently it will not because she just continued to hang up. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT place an order here. Support another flower business who deserves people's business and provides good customer service and doesn't get upset if a customer calls them to advise an order is not correct. I have photos in other sites that allowed to upload such as yelp and Facebook. Please see them before wasting your time and money.

I have been a customer of Rainbow Flowers for many years. The flowers and plants are always fresh and beautiful. The shop has many unique vases and complimentary decorations that can work so nicely in your home and garden. Service is always enjoyable, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend this shop for any flower or plant needs.

Worst customer service. Sarah, manager, was rude and talked over me and then hung up.
Sent the wrong vase with order (carefully selected), bouquet was small, selected birthday card not included.

Worst customer service ever. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the quality and accuracy of my delivery and their representative was horrible. Spoke to me like some person off of the street with no customer skill what so ever, she ended up hanging up on me after I told her she needed to brush up on her customer service skills. My items had 99 Cent Only Store tags on them, thick hot glue residue all over the flowers, teddy bear and ribbons. Horrible quality but their customer service is what kills the deal.

Loved my experience here! Exactly what I was looking for and more! I ordered late in the day and they surprised me with getting it there on time! The designs are unique and different,they have beautiful designs ive never seen elsewhere! I was very satisfied!

Avoid This Place! They will rip you off!

We ordered flowers a week ago in order for them to arrive to my grandmother's home on Mother's day. It did not arrive and they charged my card five days before the flowers were supposed to arrive.

I spoke with Sarah and she was rude and hostile from the beginning. I'm guessing it is something she is used to maybe it's because She doesn't do her job.

I wish I would've read the previous review for this company.

Now we are currently on the phone with our bank in order to get our money back which shouldn't be a problem.

Lesson learned, proflowers all the way.

RIP OFF!!!!!!

owner will not refund my money! I placed an order online & the owner called me saying I cant deliver out of town & that she would credit my card back. Well after speaking with her several times she is a liar & one rude crazy lady!!!!! Don't waste your money she is a crook!!!! Should be - 5 stars because service sucks!

Valentine arrangement arrived at wife s work with broken and missing petals, one flower close to dying, and the balloon was not even inflated.

Terrible!

So far no response from RF after mailing a letter including photos of the damage. No response from Teleflora either who I ordered through.

Do a search, complaints about Teleflora are through the roof! I should

have checked earlier.
