Based on positive reviews for this business I decided to give them a try. I brought my laptop in due to malfunctioning issues. I brought it in Thursday night at closing and rec'd a call the next day around 1:00 that it had been fixed. Wow!!! My computer had had several viruses, which they promptly removed. They also downloaded some software to help my computer run more efficiently. I am very happy with this transaction and am glad that I now have a person to take my computer too when I have a problem.

Great work for such a tiny place. I honesty wondered if I had made a mistake buying a gaming PC here but it has run like a champ and I loved the personalized attention I recieved. They asked me about what games I played and went and researched the parts to make sure the games I played would run at their best. Also if you play WoW like I do, they will preload the game for you so you dont spend 3 days waiting for home DSL to download it. They even pulledcopied my add ons and moved them over so I was ready to play when I got home. For a big gamer like me, that was a huge bonus!!!

Good help, good prices. If U need computer fixed...these guys are who U should call.

WOW! They were at our restaurant in 40 min.We were unable to use our point of sale system because of an virus. We had a support contract with our point of sale provider but they do not help with virus problems, only their software. Took about 2.5 hours but they had us back online and virus free just as our dinner rush was coming in. When problems come up at a business, it is often more about the fast solution rather than the cheap one. These guys are the most cost effective computer options any small business owner could want.

If you are considering buying a new PC call these guys, they sit down with you, explain your options, and build wicked fast computers. They don't load all kinds of special offers and such so you get a nice clean machine without all the junk some places put on to try and milk you for money. They are more expensive but wow they will put you together a very nice custom machine if you are the type who appreciates quality work and quality products. I am a gamer and I have had 8 computers over the last 10 years, the last 3 were built by these guys and they all rocked. The last one before them was an alienware, I liked the first one so much I never considered going back.Also for fellow WOW players, tell them you play and they will reload WOW and download all the updates for you for free! Huge time saver!

Great guys, ask for Chris if you need onsite work. We had a problem with our network in my medical practice after another guy did some work and couldn't fix it. Chris came in and had us back up and running in less than an hour.Also tough to beat their onsite rate at $69/hr, lots of places charge almost twice that.
