Old batteries, poor service

I like this company, but I will not shop at this store agian. Sold me a two year old battery. Service was poor. They exchanged it but they shouldn't have had sold it to begin with. Wasted my day trying to get the right parts. The old battery was just the icing on my cake. Unbelievable!!#!##!!
