Had a great experience. She helped me a lot with and I truly appreciated her kindness. Tried to follow up and see her (3) different times. Each time she let me down by not answering her phone and door or just answering to say she had to reschedule. I travel some distanceand made arrangements to make these appointments. Never received a call to explain or apologize. Shame too because I thought highly of her talents. Needs work in "common courtesy" area. Quite rude.
