Ming was my Uncle and it brightens my heart to see our families legacy is still around today. My dad and uncle took all these recipes from there mom and they learned to cook from childhood hood. The food has been the same almost the same I should add since the 50’s. The food is great and just as I remember from when I first ate at Uncle Mings since I was a child. Myself and my family the Lums and the Slacks are not affiliated with Mings or the current owners. This is just a honest review on how Mings is now.

Always a delightful dining experience. Ming's is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Fresno. The food is always fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. My favorite dishes include the pork chop suey chow mein, the orange chicken and the hot and spicy beef chow mein. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Definitely give Mings a try. You won't be disappointed.

Went and had lunch here today and the food was really good. I had the spicy beef and broccoli over chow mein with pork fried rice and foil chicken. I don't like trying new things but was very satisfied with the food. The service on the other hand was very poor. We sat a good 15 minutes before our drink order was taken. I don't mind waiting but when there are very few people dining there at the time, there shouldn't have been that long of a wait time. Also was disappointed that the three people I ate with all got their food about 10 minutes before my plate came out. If the service would have been better they would have retrieved 5 stars. I would still go back there but maybe not being as hungry as I was the next time.
