Bad and bad —- overcharges —left job to remodel his son’s bathroom as he stole stuff from our bathroom and stuff we rejected as he bought stuff we refused ( Wilbur wouldn’t let us pick out fixtures whined when we wanted particular items. We paid for materials and hr charged 20 grand for his “earn and learn “ INEXPERIENCED STAFF. He was presented to us by California cabinets without giving us an opportunity to get our own builder. DO NOT CALL MAJESTIC BUILDER —-EVER he has a degree in music —-fails at building he was licensed by tile setting trade but didn’t do much when he did the mirror he installed fell off the tiled wall. He didn’t seal the tile and he CHOSE a trim I did not select nor did I want now it has discolored as it wasn’t sealed. My husband asked him install hardybackr under the tile but Wilbur floated the floor (once again HIS WAY) . Ken from California cabinets said he didn’t know Wilbur was so old fashioned. He didn’t install a window I wanted as he didn’t want to call the plumber to have to install the plumbing for it . EVERYTHING HAD TO BE HIS WAY . He took an etched window that we wanted to reuse when I asked where it was he said it was there never found it it’s at his son’s house possibly . None of his subs were licensed is my guess. I should have reported him to state licensing . DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY .
