After looking online to make sure the yarn I needed was in stock, I drove across town to Joann's... this was I the second trip in the past two weeks to pick up more yarn. Both times the store looked like a tornado had hit it. This time I went to go grab my yarn and could only find one out of the three colors I needed. I finally tracked down an employee who showed his frustration and lack of concern immediately upon interrupting him to ask about the yarn. I gave him the bar codes from each of the yarn colors I was looking for... and told him I had looked online and they were supposed to be there. He scanned them and then told me that they were in one of the three boxes sitting out in the isle and they would be available sometime later today! I stood their dumb founded that he didn't even offer to see if he could locate them for me! He just walked away and continued putting away yarn.

I left went across the street to Michael's and found what I was looking for in a very clean and organized store! And the yarn was on sale!
