This place used to have awesome customer service back in the day. However, it as all but disappeared . Every single time I have gone in there- which is very rare now- I don't get a courtesy greeting or " can I help you " I only go in when I don't feel like waiting for things I get online. They lost their touch! They ate even horrible over the phone as if you have bothered them.

This place has all the hard to find items at very good prices. They can make any size saw blades at a very decent price, and get it to you on the same day as you order it. Chuck was a very helpfull person.
