Took in my grandsons bike, no appointment. Very kind took bike out of the car. Took it in the back and about 10 minutes later he brought it out fixed. No charge and loaded it in the car. Best customer service! So kind. Thank You Fresno Schwinn.

Took a leisurely ride over on Saturday to check out the selection. Arrived to be greated with immediate negativity. Continued to browse the "walmart-like" inventory and found nothing. Asked questions about 29er bikes/wheels and received the most UNPROFESSIONAL responses. Overheard another potential customer denied a test ride because he arrived on a BIKE to the BIKE Shop that will ONLY ALLOW a person that owns a CAR to test a BIKE!

The owner has not delivered a bike or refunded my money for over 9 months...reported to Better Business Bureau

Fresno schwin has bikes that no other store has very friendly service and has lots of bike supplys

I just wanted to get on here and make sure that everyone knew how great FRESNO SCHWINN was to me. I came in their several time trying to find the best bike for my daughter and I. And after shopping all over FRESNO SCHWINN had the best priced inventory in town. They decked out my bike with all the cool accessories.
