Horrible service

I have visited this place 4 times this month and I am kept waiting at least 15 -20 min just to get my food. So much for "fast food" . They always manage to screw up my order and in addition, they're always missing something, lids, ice, straws, etc. today they robbed me by charging me for something that was never have to me. I should have looked at my receipt. This has been the last time I ever set foot in this "restaurant" . The Managers and Supervisors need to really step it up of they want to keep they're job any longer.
