I have used crown cleaners for years but as of today I will never return. My husband is a police officer (25years) I have his uniforms dry cleaned and pressed. Twice in the last 2 weeks his pants came back with double creases on the pants and we asked for military press on the shirts and did not get what we asked for. I was told to bring them back, but Jami (manager) stated I needed to pay and next time I should look at the clothes prior to leaving the cleaners. I asked to speak with her but she was too busy. I left my number and she never called. Poor customer service, and no consideration for peace officers...
