In any other job you can not receive gratuities at all. When an employer allows this to happen you start getting poor service. As I was advised by an employee they know who tips and who does not and how much they tip. She said they have a gentleman that does not tip and he does allow anybody to do his truck. I am sure because he does not tip so they do not do a good job for him. As this employee was telling me all this I could see that depending on our tip history that is the quality of job you will get. I do not tip so I am noticing the quality is not there anymore. The employer needs to put a stop to this tips.

At jack’s carwash the attendant gave me my valet keys that was in my trunk hidden under the mat and somehow my original car key and my house keys attached to it disappeared during the cleaning. I came back looking for my keys. The carwash owner Mr. Criss, with an smirk in his face called me a liar and did not help me to find my keys . He conveniently called me a liar and laughed at me, to avoid any possible liabilities. As result I also had to change my house door keys. Remember, iIf you are planning to use Jack’s Carwash, they may treat you the same way they treated me if something happens while your car is in their care.
