The onsite managers could care less about you as a renter. They are difficult to locate, and never fix any problems. They lost my rent check twice, and finally located it in a drawer about a month and a half later. Complex was noisy, filled with people walking around with ankle bracelets, pit bulls, yelling into cell phones, thin walls, and floors, and the hot tub filled with high volume vulgar rap music with plenty of kids in range in the pool. Dumpster divers are there daily, gates don't keep them out, several burglaries, and car breakins, and really poor parking. Glad I moved, stayed a year and a half too long.

I lived here for awhile in college. It is a nice apartment complex, lots of trees, grass, plenty of parking for both guests and those who lived there. Cedar Commons has a pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a excercise room, a area to have a bar-b-que with with tables. It's quiet, lots of people, who work, attend college, etc. This apartment is within walking distance of Fresno State University, and not to far from the Save Mart Center. Each apartment has it's own patio, and it is not to far from Freeway 41 and Highway 168. It's a few miles form Clovis. I would have lived there a longtime, had my roommate not moved out and left me with all the bills. The only downside to living at Cedar Commons was that anytime anyone walked up and down the stairs ( It's a two story apartment, but not a townhouse), the walls vibrate and you can hear your neighbors walking around above you occasionally. But I think most apartments are like that. I would definetley recommend living there.
