I took my off road vehicle here for work to be done. After weeks that eventually turned into months and then later, a year, these guys never came through on what they promised. I finally got tired of being lied to, so I went and picked up my vehicle only to find that they never covered it and now I need all new upholstery. Also, they lost several of my items that they won't reimburse me for. These guys are at the very least untrustworthy.

I must say this shop seemed like a good place. But from the experience my boyfriend had with them, I will say they have horrible customer service. We live about 3 hours away from Fresno. He took his '90 Mustang 5.0 in to get the motor rebuild,they told him it would take about a week or so. That was all crap! It soon became 2 months later and they would constantly change the date on him for when the car should be ready no joke they changed the date about 8x. To top it off they soon starting to not answer their phone when my bf would call. He drove a long 3 hrs for the owner to say "sorry its not ready here's $40 for gas and food" umm excuse us. We want the car not money. A week later they say its ready, another long drive just to get there and get told "we had a robbery in the shop and your stereo got stolen and your door handle broken" seriously? They waited until he went to tell him?. And some how his speakers were still in the car, strange right? As soon as he hits the freeway back home the car literally starts smoking, shaking and oil leaking everywhere. Wow seriously? They take it back and say they will deliver this monday oct 6th. Never showed up, their answer. "We didn't realize you were 3 hrs away". Finally get it today delivered and what happens? The car instantly dies and now needs a new alter ator. I'm giving them a star only because this thing is making me but personally this place is very unprofessional and deserves no star. They need to improve in keeping their word.

Very knowledgable with good craftsmanship of their product. However, they will take FOREVER, and often can offer less than favorable customer service. If you plan on using their services, buy another car, and forget about the one you dropped off. Engine Swap- 7 months and counting at this point, faster jobs may take higher priority while yours is continuosly shuffled back.

Great shop! Superb workmanship!!!! Would refer to anyone seeking a great mechanic.
