I am a long time Cheescake factory patron, and the Fresno Cheescake factory is even better than the one in Beverly Hills or Pasadena in terms of space and service. Of course the menu is the same, but always excellent.



Food:



You must try the Avacado Egg Rolls, The Salmon, The Factory Burger with Kobe beef, the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, the crab-cakes, the shrimp linguini, and of course any of the cheescakes- the white chocolate raspberry is excellent.



The only thing slightly negative I could say is that the Mexican-inspired dishes arent excellent, but they are good. Everything else is great.



Drinks:



My husband loves the Singapore Slings, they are made to perfection whereas most restaurants have never even heard of them. At $10 each they aren't inexpensive but he says they are well worth it. And they even have Manhattan-style bellini's for Sunday Brunch!



I personally love the Passion-fruit iced teas- and they are great for sitting out on the patio and enjoying the atmosphere (free refills).



Be prepared to spend $35 for a good lunch for two (including tip but sans alcohol).
