Here's an experience I hesitated to post due to the manager Ted being a cool guy to deal with on a personal level, however; this shop either deals with too much work load or there's serious procrastination going on. This is my personal experience and may differ from others.

I'll keep it simple as I took in a truck that was scratched all around and some motorcycle parts that I wanted painted to match the color of the truck.

The truck took two months and some days to finish from day one that I took it in. I dealt with my insurance at that time and everything was a green light so there were no delays on that part. Good thing I had another vehicle to drive, but this isn't the worst as I was semi-patient with this.

The kicker was and is the motorcycle parts that I wanted painted to match my truck. It's been over 6 months and I haven't received them all. The manager (Ted) is now avoiding my calls to the business and personal cell phone.

I've been nothing but patient up until now. I can't piece ride my motorcycle without these missing fairings. I've even left messages stating that I no longer care if the other pieces were painted or not, I just want them back. I should say "wanted them back" cause after this review I highly doubt I'll ever see them again.

Save yourself the hassle and look for alternatives if you're looking for a Auto Body Shop, unless you don't need your vehicle right away or aren't afraid of having some parts lost.

HI IM IVAN WHAT I WANT TO LET YOU NOW IS THAT ABC AUTO BODY DID A GREAT JOB!!!! I AM MORE THEN HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE TO MY CAR. JUST TO LET YOU NOW WHAT HAPPEN MY CAR GOT KEYED AND BOY WAS I MAD I WAS SHOPING AROUND PRICESES TO GET MY CAR FIX AND LIKE OTHER PEOPLE IM AM NOT TO TRUSTING WITH MY CAR I WAS ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS HOW THEY WAS GOING TO REPAINT IT IF I DID GIVE THEM THE JOB HE ANSWERD AS MUCH QUESTIONS AS HE COULD OVER THE PHONE UNTILL HE TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO THE SHOP SO I CAN SHOW YOU HOW WE DO THING AROUND HEAR SO I DID AND THEY WALK WITH ME AROUND THE SHOP SHOWED ME OTHER CARS THEY ARE ALREADY WORKING ON TALKING TO ME ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY DO TO THE CARS BEFORE THEY PAINT IT AND HE ALSO TOLD ME IF I DO GIVE THEM THE JOB I CAN COME OVER ANY TIME I WANT TO CHICK UP ON MY CAR WITHOUT CALLING BEFORE I COME IF THERE SHOPS OPEN I CAN COME IN WELL I DID GIVE THEM THE JOB AND BOY DID HE KEEP HIS WORD. THE CAR WAS DONE ON TIME LOOKING GREAT LIKE NEW AND I LOVED THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE SO MUCH I HAD TO GO DRIVING AROUND TO SHOW OFF MY NEW PAINT JOB
