The River Mill, built in 1873, was originally a processing mill for chicory. Today, it serves as a banquet facility for several conferences, seminars, luncheons, dinners and special group events. It occupies an area of more than 18,000 square feet and is located in French Camp, Calif. The facility has several party rooms with fireplaces and barrel ceilings. The River Mill also has a winery and coffeehouse. Its party packages include full-service bars, round tables, cushioned chairs, a selection of linens and napkins, glassware, floral centerpieces, candles and parking attendants. The banquet facility s on-site kitchen offers marinated beef, boneless chicken breasts, rice, oven-roasted vegetables, chilled prawns and pasta salad. The River Mill also offers themed and buffet menus.

Dishonest and Evasive. Plan to be ignored.
If you want the long story, find my review on Yelp.

To summarize: I'm in the Army and was supposed to deploy in September of 2015. So I married my wife at a courthouse in Texas. I promised my wife that when I got back from the deployment we'd have a "real" wedding. So we found The River Mill. During the initial venue orientation I was told that if my orders changed we could change the wedding date with no additional fees or conditions. That assurance fell through and I have been actively ignored by this business since May 2016. They even blocked me from their Facebook page without answering any of my questions.

This business will say all the right things to get people to sign a contract and then they will not stand by agreements made during negotiations.

I am currently deployed and all I want is to be released from the contract. They refuse to acknowledge any messages I have sent them are also ignoring voice messages left by my wife.

BEAUTIFUL TREASURE ON THE SAN JOAQUIN RIVER

We drove down a country road to find a hidden treasure.

Beautiful, tranquil gardens with an incredible historic brick building.

A birthday celebration that we will always remember.

Delicious food, wonderful setting and dancing.

We look forward to getting invited to another celebration.
