ambush construction from the people who tried to bring you home invasion.they have no regard for the clients they have.do you think you'll fare any better'oh yeah,and i saw my neighbor wheeled out by the coroner the other day.she seemed nice enough. poor kid.must've been like 25ish.i don't know if the drug dealers had anything to do with it though.

I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

******We still live here and have been dealing with this for some time.We have finally decided to involve city building inspectors.This seems to be the only way we can be sure the environment we pay our hard earned money for is maintained to the healthy standards REQUIRED by local code.******



That being said...



Ugly people having 5ex in the pool.(the same one kids swim in folks!).When I called security the response I got was "ya,I was young once".(OK, that was kinda funny, but INAPPROPRIATE.)AND I once got to watch a bunch of drunk (well I don't want to say "crack heads")people break a bunch of glass in the playground.That was really neat,AND family oriented.The glass was removed the next evening after I went into the office and informed them that kids were still playing around the broken glass,and there was a serious liability issue.

All the windows leak and one doesn't even close properly.The sliding door gets so wet at night with condensation,it runs down the frame and my carpet is getting slightly moldy because of it.And the upper management said to me,get this,"we can't afford to replace the windows",(like that's MY problem!)almost insinuating I care about their cash flow problems.Shouldn't the priority here be the wellbeing of their tenants' Not here folks.

The time I woke up to termite (something) falling from my ceiling was fun.(Yes,on my head).That was treated by filling the (2)individual holes the termite eggs/feces were falling out of.Treat the effect,not the cause.

The mold/mildew they painted over was OK until it started to grow/drip through the paint.The solution is pending..solved painters scraped and repainted the bathroom ceiling.

The heater smells like paint,or a bad hairdryer(or a painted bad hairdryer).The solution is pending..solved the heating unit was replaced.(finally a warm bedroom!!!)

There are construction crews working on the outside of the buildings from 7am until 6pm, so if you like to sleep in,I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.I found a nail sticking 1/4 inch out of the floor of my balcony, with my foot.(again construction crews).They also weld out in the open, where anyone passing by is exposed to the possibility of severe eye damage.

I've had to call security multiple times to get my parking space vacated and it takes about 1 1/2 hours.(don't believe the 24 hr security thing, they don't respond during shift changes,I was informed).

And now their master solution seems to be for me to move so they can fix up the unit I live in.First of all, this unit is the only one I would consider living in.(again the view)and secondly,as if I don't have anything better to do than move all my stuff around.(setting up my LAN would take 2 hours at least).I just wanted a quiet, peaceful,or at least habitable place to live.Is that too much to ask for' Apparently here it is.Well we got awhile until our lease is up, so I'll keep updating this and let you all know if/as they make any progress........BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
