We booked our party a whole year ahead, and the person we booked the hall from called us a couple weeks before the party telling that he double booked the hall. We also made sure five months before the party that everything was set which at the time he said everything was fine. I highly recommend that you do not rent out this hall since they are only out for money and do not stay true to the contracts they tell people to sign.
