I bought a(Kaser Yofun107-4GB Mambo TouchFlix MP4 $99.99) from Kaser corporation was the mfg.They had my mp4 sence 10-15-08 it's now 2-10-09.I have sent 8 emails and i only got the 1st response back when they received my mp4.I called back on 12-14-08 they said they were sending my mp4 back ,saying there was nothing wrong with it.I had a discussion with someone Name Ken .The guy had the worst freaking customer service i told him i wanted to talk to someone higher than him or a manager and he tells me that his just going to send my mp4 out to me when some other tech takes a look at it.I mentioned that i need to talk to someone now to solve this and then he say's he has to go and hangs up on me that freaking ahole pist the f@ck out of me .I bought this from fry's so beware of the mfg. Kaser they have the worst fu$king customer service.They will not get back to you unless you owe them money .I will report this to the BBB and also to possibly the RIP OF REPORT for sell crappy prod

Poor Customer service

I bought a Kaser Yofun107-4GB from fry's .I had for about 45 days,then problems surged.The face plate was coming off,rewind was now pause ,my play button was no longer working ,it now was changing to the next track,and the screen started to loose the sensebility ,so i had to press harder to get it to work sometimes. I sent this in on Oct.2008 I got a email saying they were sending the unit back on 11-25-08,it's now jan-13-2009.I called them directly and they told me that the unit will ship out and they found no probles with it.I mentioned that i have emailed this company 6 times as a very pissed off customer, and nobody would return my Email.I stated i wanted to talk to the Manger about this taking 3 months and i never got one of my emails answered.There Customer service sucks big one's i will never buy any of there prouducts due to the poor ,poor ,very poor custer service.They told me they were sending my mp4 back when they didn't even fix any of the problems.I would give this no stars if i could.
