I am very happy with their service. They are managing my properties since 2009 and never have had any complaint.

Sammy from Epic represented us as buyers during our recent purchase in Fremont. He was a referral from my friend, and he absolutely delivered the best service.



From the beginning, Sammy was incredibly engaged, much more so than a few other agents we had considered. He took the time to listen and to respond and guide based on what he learned from listening.



He helped us to navigate the crazy sellers’ market, and we ended up closing on a place in Fremont Irvington school district without grief.



He was also incredibly responsive, and many times at the last minute. He was always available to take our calls or do showings, and he patiently answered our many questions, without ever making us feel like a burden.



Finally, in going to open houses, we discovered that Sammy is well-known and respected in the tri-city agent community. Every time we told a showing agent our agent was, they knew him and had great things to say. We felt very lucky by using him.



He also helped us to get comparatively good 30 year loan program without PMI with 10% down payment.



We absolutely would recommend Sammy Bhardwaj as an agent and we will definitely use him again when it comes time to sell.

My house was going to foreclosed on June 28th 2011 and I got contacted by Rene from Epic Brokers. They helped me to post pone my foreclose date for my house then modified my loan of $742,000 to 535,000. Lender forgive 193,000 debt and set my interest rate to 2.5% for 5 years..
