If I could give a negative star mark I would! This company is full of crooks! They try and jack up the gas surcharge when you get it is writing that it is another rate. The movers are so unprofessional! The driver picked up and started toying with a pair of my sunglasses just because. The driver sat down as his helpers actually worked. The driver had no minutes on his COMPANY cell phone so he had to use mine to call in to management. They held my furniture hostage until pad TWICE the amount quoted. They are rude. They leave a mess that they expect for you to lean up. The truck loading door would not go up all the way which cut into my load time. The truck had a cracked windshield and looked like crap.



Bottom line, if you want to have a company charge you double as they have all your furniture- then go with them. If you do not mind employees touching your personal effects then by all means choose this company that D/B/A Fast Lane Moving. They are beyond terrible!



Please do not do business with these people unless you do not want your move to be done write and do not mind calls being made on your cell!!



Consumers be ware of this company...

I unfortunately used this company to do a simple move. Their battered, beat up truck arrived and promptly broke down due to NO GAS! I had to drive the driver around, to get a gas can (he was going to use a water bottle!) then diesel. In the meantime, the other two, had my belongings in the middle of the street and had TAPED EVERYTHING !!! They used boxes for an OLD lampshade, charged about $20.00 a box and did this repeatedly. My quote was $220 the bill was over $1,000 and they held my things HOSTAGE until paid in cash.....the driver kept saying, "Go to another ATM". They employ men on parole (he told my old roommate) and the others come from the Far East, speak in Hebrew (and I'm Jewish!) and are no more than thugs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, LONG LIST OF RIPPING OFF OTHERS! I am taking this to court....care to make it a 'class action suit'?

This is the most unprofessional, rude company I've ever used.

They were late to show up - delayed our move. Their written quote was

not the same as the charges. We were charged triple due to packing materials

they didn't need to use. They lied about their credit card machine not working

and forced us to pay cash for the move. They were unable to provide an itemized

receipt and threatened to take our items and not unload them. They are unethical and

many people have filed negative reviews on other sites and with the BBB. Do not use this company.

Had a very bad experience with this company. Here why:

1) They showed up 7 hours late for the shipment forcing me to delay my move to the next day.

2) They charged for all the things not mentioned earlier and forced me to pay before unloading my stuff.

3) When asked about the explanation of charges for the packing materials used, they simply said we cannot explain and next thing we see is that they were gone.

4) Even though the assembling and disassembling of the furniture was agreed, the left all my furniture w/o assembling.

5) Broke and damaged my furniture but were not ready to take the responsibility for it.



Will never recommend this company.
