I paid almost 300$ for the relay replacement , which I have found later wasn't original one as I was told... The thing is after less than 1 year my fridge broke again and GE technician told me that now I need a new compressor because relay wasn't original . So, basically they've killed my fridge!

My complaint could be a carbon copy of the one regarding the microwave door except ours was a $50 service charge. We paid a $200 deposit, which we are trying to get back now. The technician supposedly ordered a new microwave door but after weeks of not hearing anything, we cancelled and they decided to keep our deposit. Also, this company is also called AP Appliances Repair. So beware.

This Company is a Cheat . The door of my Dacor Microwave Oven was not opening. I called this Company and told the lady on phone the problem and asked her how much will it cost to fix it as it lokked like the door spring is broken. She said there can be many other reasons for this and she will have to send the technician who will open the Microwave and detect the fault and there will be $45.00 charge for opening the oven and finding the fault. She gave me a window of 9 to 10. the technician came at 11 and never called that he is getting late I had leave for my work. He entered the door and said I know the problem and it will cost 220 dollars to fix . My daughter told her to at least open and check . He said that he knows the problem and said there is lot of work . he will have to lot of wiring work. Also he will have to go and buy the part and there will be an extra charge for that. my daughter said ok we will just pay u 45 dollars and askd him to give his business card. he refused and throughout the conversation was very very rude and also snatched the receipt from my daughter's hand. i came home and opened the oven my self . there was no wire work was involved and there were no springs. only thing broken was open lever . it cost only $ 7.50 and it took only 15 minutes to open it.



so never hire this company as they are there to fool and cheat everybody

NEVER FOR ANY REASON USE THIS COMPANY. They took advantage of the fact my wife was the one home and charged $240.00 told her it was fixed. They reset the board and clean and replaced the $18.00 ducting behind the dryer. It worked the next day, then 12 days later "(2) laundry cycles for our house" it would not start again. They were rude and told me they fixed it and this is another problem and it would be another $340.00. What about the 30 day guarantee? Needless to say I bought another dryer. PS They can barely speak english, but were pretty clear when being rude.

I called them because my refrigerator was notcooling enough and the technician was very polite and found the problem very soon. Their prices are very low and they fixed right away.
