This company is not worth any stars....beyond unprofessional. I called for quote 3 times to fix alum. siding with no phone response. After 3rd call, their business card showed up in my mailbox. Apparently they showed up to inspect damage, left card but still didn't call me for quote! I called 1 last time (shouldn't have) wondering how I got business card but still no notice that someone was coming out to give me a quote. Their secretary responded with an email with an estimate (I'd used them once b4, so they had my info). I signed & faxed back estimate, expecting a phone call to schedule time to come out. About 2 days later, with NO phone call, 2 men show up outside my bedroom window to replace siding. My blinds were open & I wasn't finished dressing! Thankfully, I was on floor exercising but my shirt was close to window so I couldn't reach it myself without exposing myself to the 2 men outside my window!!! Since my husband happened to be home that day, I yelled for him to come help & grab my shirt for me. My bathroom (with small window) is immediately next to bedroom window. These men would have had easy access to that window as well. God forbid I happened to be walking out of shower with 2 strangers standing on my lower roof and peering into my window! I was FURIOUS!!! Since calling them was clearly USELESS, I emailed the office demanding an apology. Secretary responded saying she would forward email to owner, Chris Yager. As expected, no response. I emailed again stating if I did not get an apology, I would leave a negative review. Next day, from his secretary's email address (not even his own), Chris Yager issued a statement saying "Hi this is chris and I want to apologize for lack of communication on my behalf." Not one drop of sincerity to his supposed "apology"! I could not recommend Chris Yager & his business of Kunsman Roofing & Siding in Freemansburg to anyone! I STRONGLY recommend anybody pass over this highly unprofessional establishment.

Never got the chance to use their service. I emailed two times and waited a week in between emails with the promise that an estimator would get I touch with me both times. Never was contacted. I will be using another service.

These guys are the best. The area around my chimney leaked and I had 3 roofers attempt to fix it. All 3 of the other companies were unable to make the fix but yet I was charged by each company. I feel Ryan at Kunsman is the most knowledgeable roofer in the Lehigh Valley. He knew exactly how to fix it and pointed out what the previous companies did wrong. 2 months later, I had an issue with my skylight leaking and trusted they were going to be able to fix it. Sure enough. They did a great job once again. I highly recommend these guys.
Don't waste your time getting quotes from anyone else. These guys are the only company you should trust for any roofing issues.
