I am a home owner and I am a landlord. I have always looked for the "affordable" option for accomplishing needed repairs. A roof is a significant investment; I needed the job done and I needed it to be done "RIGHT"... well; I can tell you Melvin Mills Roofing LLC gets the job done MORE than RIGHT!!! I am very pleased with the work completed on TWO of my rental homes. This is an investment that will last for many years with a company who will still be around should I have any questions or need additional assistance. Believe me; you don't want to waste your money on a fly-by-night or un-insured "get it done cheap" kind of company. It was very affordable the job was completed and I was expecting it to be significantly more expensive; but, to my surprise it wasn't much more than I was quoted from the under-insured contractors. I am deffinately going to use them again!!! PS... They left NO EVIDENCE of mess anywhere... they cleaned up the yard and left no debris. Again; I highly recommend Melvin Mills Roofing LLC!!!

We have a kind of tricky roof - two-story A-frame, so our house is basically all roof, top to bottom. These guys did great & went beyond my expectations. From drab to fab in about three days! Honest people. I'd definately recommend them.
