Very poor customer service. This dealer is rude and dishonest in their business practices.

I recently bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Wise Motors in Fredericksburg, Virginia. When I looked at the vehicle the first time, both side mirrors were working properly. I was not able to pick up the vehicle the same day I bought it because it failed inspection and needed a few repairs. After those repairs were made and I picked up the vehicle, the left side mirror was no longer working the way it did the first time I checked it, the motor inside the side mirror which allows it to fold was broken. Apparently it was broken by the mechanic who worked on the vehicle. They did not want to repair the mirror for me. This dealer seemed to be playing games with me from day one. Do not go to Wise Motors if you are shopping for a vehicle. Seek out car dealers who keep their word and do not play games with their customers.
