We've done several jobs with Top Choice Homes. We've done remodeling, and home construction. Both types of projects turned out fantastic. From the design phase to the finishing touches, Top Choice was detail oriented and honest in all of their dealings. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Joe

this is the 1st time that i have bought a home--top choice did a great job on builiding the house. it was done in a timley manner--i did have a problem with the one bathtub being stainded--top choice actually sent someone to my house to "housesit" and wait for repair man to show up and fix the tub. the cost of the house and land together were well within my price range (i'm a teacher so money is a big deal) overall, it was a great experience and i love my home.

We moved to FXBG in May '09. We rented from Top Choice while working on a more permanent location. Ended up buying a foreclosure rather than building with Top Choice, but actually got insight from them regarding the value and options on that house. Very responsive landlord and helpful contractor, even when it ended up that we didn't build a home with them. We've lived in 5 states over the past 30 years and do not recall a builder with such commitment to honesty and customer service.
