Jackie is simply amazing! I have gotten my nails done for years but it has always been such a chore, but not with Jackie! She has a great personality and makes an effort to have conversation with her clients. The place is nice and clean as well! They also have all kinds of colored powders for acrylics - Jackie can make any color you want! Prices are reasonable also!

This salon just opened and I have had nothing but fantastic service from the staff there! They offer a lot of services and have such great prices. I will definitely be going back and bringing friends with me.

This nail salon is fantastic! I have about tried everyone in the Fredericksburg area and all of them have either cut or nicked my skin. Jackie has not done it once and I have been going to her for several years. The pedicure I received was also the best I had ever had. I highly recommend this salon!!!!!

She took her time and made sure that I got what I wanted. Although she didn't have the tips I am use to she still made sure I was happy and will order the tips that I like. Since I moved from another state to here I of course had to find another great place. I am very picky about my nails so it is always a task to find a good place. This one is the winner!!!

I was passed around from one person to the next three times as they rushed to get me in and out.  In the end,  I ended up with bleeding,  painful cuticles that hurt for two days and ten completely messed up nails because they hurried me out before my nails were dry. I had to wait several days for my cuticles to heal before I could get my nails redone somewhere else.  On top of that,  it's a very noisy and tacky salon.   I've been getting my nails done for 20 years, and,  without a doubt this was the worst experience I've ever had.   Obviously,  I won't go back.  I just hope that people read this review before they have their fingers cut up by these people.

Giving one star was generous. Worst nail salon I have ever been to, hands down. The owner/manicurist paid more attention to the football game on TV than to my nails which she was attacking with the cuticle tool. She couldn't manage an even french manicure- each one was uneven or had polish hanging down the middle. I would point it out and she got increasingly frustrated- VERY unprofessional. She finally got almost halfway through the first hand and then started taking it all off!! She said she couldn't do it and would only charge me for a manicure rather than the shellac I was supposed to be getting, and then I didn't even get the manicure! She tried to charge me for taking off my polish, which I would have rather left alone than had her scrape at my nails and waste my time. I would never go back again, would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.



FYI, I didn't pay a dime.
