My brother and I purchased a car here for $3,100 & left satisfied. Three weeks later the engine locked up and the warranty included in the purchase did not cover diagnostics to determine why, which would have cost $665 out of pocket. The warranty covered up to $1,000 in repairs but was no use to us, although we paid for it. Because our mechanic had no history of the vehicle, the initial diagnostics could have led to a need for another depending on what was found, costing us more money to be paid out of pocket. The dealer was willing to find us a discounted engine and finance 50% of the engine upfront if needed but not willing to refund any amount of the $3,100. The dealer, Dave, kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. I called to update him, didn't reach him and left a message to let him know that the car was a total loss. We never heard back from him.
My brother and I took a total loss on the vehicle after 3 weeks of purchasing the car and are back in the market for another car.
