This company is represented by poor customer service. The company I had previously used for many years had gone out of business so I had to search for another to do wheelchair repairs, etc. on my son's wheelchair. I had called them in February to set up an appointment. The representative told me he would come out on March 9th or 11th. He ended up showing up at my door the week prior to that saying we had an appointment. When I reminded him of what he had told me he just said someone else had prepared his schedule. This was all acceptable up to this point. He looked over the parts of my son's chair that was of my concern. He said he would have to order new tires, new brakes, and he would need to attach the armrest to the frame to keep it from "flopping". He left saying he would be in touch after the parts came in. He didn't have me sign anything. Around the week of 23 March I still had not heard anything from anyone so I called to find out what the status was. The girl I spoke to said she would make a few phone calls and get right back to me. I April I had still not heard anything so I called yet again. I spoke to the same girl who stated that she had sent the information to someone else, and didn't know anything. She put me on hold so she could make some phone calls. While on hold, I was rerouted to her voicemail to leave a message. I left her a message and she called me back about 15 minutes later saying she was sorry, and that we must have gotten disconnected. She said she spoke to the representative that came to my home, and that he told her he gave the paperwork to someone who no longer worked there. She said that in all of the paperwork they could find of hers there was no mention of ever coming to my home to evaluate my son's chair so now they have to come re-evaluate again before anything can be done. The conversation ended in that someone will contact me to schedule an evaluation. At this point I cannot say whether, or not, they provide a great service since I have barely only gotten my "foot in the door". We'll see how things unfold in the next few days.
