Had the displeasure of going to this salon today. Upon entering with my sister and 8 month old baby the receptionist kept proclaiming aloud that my baby was a white baby and couldn't possibly be my baby (I'm black and her father is white). It was horribly offensive and made other patrons uncomfortable as well as myself. In addition, the technician doing my sister's nails had an attitude because she didn't like doing stiletto nails. She said that they were ugly and couldn't understand how someone could like them. The tech who worked on my gel manicure was very pleasant. He also took his time and did a fantastic job. My only qualm was that he cut too deep on one of my fingers while trying to get to the cuticles. I would not go back just due to the overall level of service. They should making paying clients a top priority and leave their personal opinions home.

I ended up with the old man doing my pedicure. For starters everything that is normally included in a pedicure was priced separately. So I spent way to much for a basic pedicure. The pedicure was not good at all. My toe nails were cut uneven and the pain job didnt look like it was done professionally. As a matter of fact its been a week and the paint is already chipping. My eyebrows were waxed but some hair was still left and it wasnt cleaned well. I get my eyebrows done every two weeks so it shouldn't have been difficult to clean but as I said before..its only been 5 days and I need them done again. I was wondering 2 days before valentines day why the salon was so empty. I was do disappointed with the service. They are over priced and the man shouldn't touch anyone's feet.
