Dealer was quick and responsive to both my emails and my calls. He and his assistants were all courteous and nice! He listened to what I needed and was so helpful and understanding. I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with but he made it happen and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll admit I was hesitant to go forward because of some other reviews, but my personal experience was wonderful. I drove all the way from Richmond and the car I saw listed was available and as described. I purchased the vehicle and my family and I love it! Even after purchasing, he makes sure you’re taken care of. I didn’t feel pressured for any extra sales and he was accommodating. I would definitely purchase again from Fox Motors!
