Horrible owner, rude, unprofessional, no customer service skills. Workers were rude and unknowledgeable. Put hole in my drywall installing new counter and tried to stand in front of it so I couldn't see when showing me completed top. Little did he know i saw it when he went outside for some tools. When removing old counter and sinks they took the water lines also!!! We used their own plumber (David) who.told me when he came to hook up new sinks they were not suppose to take water lines. They did not use shop vac to collect dust when cutting holes in counter inside the house. I had dust all over the house leaving me to clean up the mess in my entire house take comforters and curtains to cleaners. They did not want to pay for holes in my drywall caused by their workers. When I called owner about all this he said it's a project and things happen. In his 20 years said no one has ever complained! Guess he never read any reviews. Said he had built homes and No one complained???? really???? WOW. Employees unprofessional and rude also I have a message on my answering machine I have kept from one of them. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Pay a bit more and get what you deserve instead of rudeness and less than good products!

I should have looked up the reviews for Fab Granite before I chose them. This company is unorganized, unprofessional, and only cares about money. The owner is rude and not concerned with customer service, quality, or craftsmanship. For the customer, that means: stay away. They will charge you for everything, including their (the company's) own mistakes, and they will do it more than once. Every mistake, whether it is in measurement, wrong orders, cuts, etc. will cost YOU money.

The ladies that work for Fab, as well as the contractors they use to install were all polite and easy to work with, but that's where it ends. I wont bore with examples of the work or work-arounds used, as my complaints are similar or identical to negative reviews written before this. The point is: don't go to them for your project. The reviews make it obvious. If they do a good job on your project, you got lucky.

If my experience changes based on further communications with Fab Granite, I will update and/or change this review. Otherwise, this one star review will remain.

Mr. Fahmey Abdelatey treats his customers with the up-most respect and professionalism. We had our kitchen counters installed last year and recently had our bathroom counter done; and we are very happy with the installation and workmanship. His, (Mr. Abdelatey) aim is to satisfy the customer 100%. I would highly recommend Fab's for the selection in granite and lowest prices in the area. First class service all the way.

The worst granite ever didn't even gut a full bullnose and got scrap pieces put together. Not a good company .had to use another company to fix total ripoff

Terrible measuring and production. Sink hole 5 inches off center and overall piece too short. Didn't call to discuss their 2nd solution, just showed up with multiple small pieces and, "yes, each seam will be visible". Had to push to get proper single piece that met initial design. Do not supply their workers with needed tools. Expected my carpenter to assist with cutting, nailing, screwing as needed to walls and cabinets at my expense. Would never recommend.

I had FAB install a kitchen counter top a couple of years ago. They were less expensive than other places in the area and I was happy with the job. More recently I had them install granite counter tops in all of my bathrooms and it was a total fiasco, mostly because the only people who speak English at FAB are the ones that work in the office. The installers speak so little English that they can barely communicate with you, which causes misunderstandings and mistakes to happen (which they did.) They also scratched my storm door as they were carrying new and old counter tops in and out. I WISH they had simply asked me to hold the door wide open as they did that – I would have GLADLY done so. I didn’t notice the damage until later and the owner wouldn’t do anything about it. There was also a spot on one of the counter tops that I didn’t notice until after the installers left. The spot was rectified, but a large dull spot on the shiny finish was left behind. I had FAB come out several times to polish it, specifically asking for someone who could speak English. None of the guys they sent can really do that. They made a couple of attempts to hand polish and would all say, “This very expensive polish, see it’s good now, yes? Yes?” No it wasn’t good – large dull spot was still there but they would act like they couldn’t see it. FAB finally simply stopped responding to me because they were sick of me and were unwilling to do what they needed to do to make this right, which was hire a restoration company to come in and properly polish the spot. I’ll have to go to that expense myself now. I have a contractor that finished my basement and he has had customers with similar issues with FAB and has stopped recommending them. Even with the lower granite prices, I cannot recommend FAB either due to the inept and sloppy counter prep and install work. Every time I drive past that place I’m reminded about it and get a nauseated feeling.

Fab Granite and Tile provided quality service that started in the showroom through the installation. Very happy with the high grade granite/professionalism received at an affordable price. Would recommend...

I was finally in a position that I could pay for my wife's dream kitchen. The contractor we hired used Fab Granite and Tile, they provided the granite and installation. I was impressed with the quality of work, seamless, on time. There was one exception, UNDER the supervision of our contractor the counter top was not installed correctly. We had selected a Farm sink and it was to be a under counter install. My wife was in tears, she had always wanted a kitchen with hard wood cabinets, granite counters and a Farm Sink. Here is where Fab Granite and Tile exceeded ANYBODIES EXPECTATIONS. The owner would not allow anything regardless of fault, to put a shadow on his customer service, professional installation, and quality work. His Name and reputation was that important. Trust me we did not have the money, nor or contractor to pay to replace the granite. Fab Granite and Tile replaced the counter top, plus installation! My wife again was in tears, happy tears all was going to be okay. I met with the owner to express my thanks, he was a very humble, and kind man, toured me through the plant, and showed the the granite he was using to replace ours. I was very confident in him and his company when I left, and I wasn't let down, the install was PERFECT, seamless, install. Fab granite and tile saved the day. Thanks Mike
