Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The owner Bill is a condescending person. He does not believe in customer service, maybe it is because I was a customer of his through my home warranty company. I was told by the owner that it is not his job to make me happy, that I need to practice patience and my absolute favorite that I need to apologize for disagreeing with the fact that his tech told me one thing and he is now telling me something totally different. I should have the right to question why that is, if you are going to be doing the work on my home.....needless to say this company will not be doing the work on my house, I will gladly pay someone more to accomplish what needs to happen rather than to deal with this company. Money hungry is what Bill is. Do not waste your time calling them to do so work in your home the tech will tell you one thing and the owner something totally different.
