I would not recommend this limo service for any event that requires you to have a reliable and safe travel.
Everything started off great and Kenny was very accommodating to my indecisiveness but I should have stuck with my gut instinct on this one! I didn’t receive my contract via email until the day before my scheduled event. Kenny kept telling me he sent it and to keep checking my Inbox and Junk mail, turns out he forgot to send it completely.
The limo arrived on time but the driver joked that he didn’t know exactly where we were going and he hadn’t been up that way in a while. Let’s just say that when you have reservations and a strict time schedule, this is not the most comforting news to hear. The driver also joked that while we were at our second stop, he would probably go to a bar for a beer. This would all be the least of our worries.
Upon arriving to our first stop, I put down the window in the back seat because it was a beautiful day outside. I went to push the button to roll the window back up and it didn’t work, the window was stuck down. This would be no big deal if the weather wasn’t calling for rain in about 4 hours. I told the driver about it and he was going to call Kenny while we were at our first stop. I was hoping to return to the limo with a fixed window but no such luck. Apparently the motor had just been replaced in it and Kenny had no idea why it was broke.
We leave our second stop at about 3:00pm (so the driver had 2 hours free time), not 20 minutes in to the ride the rain starts to come down. No, the window is not fixed and the backseat looks like a swimming pool. Now 9 people have to move all of their stuff and themselves in to a section of limo that only holds 6. I call Kenny and he says he has talked to the driver and they are scheduling for another limo to meet us. It took over an hour for the second limo to reach us (it was with the mechanic) and instead of pulling over somewhere dry for us…the limo driver just kept driving in the rain.
Kenny took off $100 for this inconvenience and didn’t charge us for the extra 2 hours the limo was out for. I am sure it seemed like a great deal to him but the 2 hours was waiting for the 2nd limo to arrive and moving everyone and everything over in the rain. $100 is worth nothing to me and to think that would solve everything is absolutely hilarious.
Next time Kenny… try testing out your vehicles before they leave for a service. If you would’ve tried the window just once, you would’ve realized that it was inoperable. Second off, the malfunction in the window could be due to the fact that there was a MOUSE in the limo. Have better communication between the driver and the company. The limo should’ve pulled over under some underpass to keep the rain out. Moreover, during the second stop where the driver had 2 hours to go to the bar for a beer why not take it to a shop and get it FIXED! Yes, it would’ve cost a whole $50 for a mechanic to get it up but it would’ve prevented the disastrous scene of a tropical storm in the limo.
You rent a limo to have a good time and take away the hassle of driving everyone yourself. A very fun, exciting day turned in to a wet mess for everyone. Don’t worry we took $100 off though  I still paid almost $400 to get drenched…thank you for your service.
