Provided by YPmobileI specifically asked when I called if they were a Pediatric Eye Center. I was mislead to believe they were. My son's appointment started late which is typical for any doctor (although the person that did the first exam received a Jerry's sub delivery 5-10 minutes after we checked in). At some point, she wanted to put drops in his eyes and before I know it she's touching his eyes & face without washing her hands. Then I'm told we need to wait 45 minutes for the stops. The look I gave her prompted her to ask if 'they' told me. NO, I didn't know that I was scheduling with a non kid-friendly, not pediatric trained, in-hygienic, eye center. Go someplace else!!!

Provided by YP.comAn eye center that does not accept vision coverage.
Accepts UnitedHealthcare Medical but not Vision. Called and verified that they accepted my insurance everything seemed fine but they did not check like other providers I have used before.
Wife's exam was billed to insurance as medical because of red dry eyes. This is a medical condition.
Mine was billed to vision and denied. Should have complained about something and saved myself $175.
If you work for Frederick County Schools you will not be covered unless it is medical not vision.
There was also an issue with making the appointment that made it necessary to come in twice for something that should be one visit.
Lee in billing told me I should have gone to a mall optometrist and next time I will.
