I brought 15 shirts to get cleaned and pressed on Wednesday 01/30/13 and was told it would be ready Saturday 02/02/13. I went in on Monday 02/04/13 during lunch to pick up my shirts. The lady behind the counter told me there were two shirts missing and I could come back the next day to pick up my shirts. I payed for all the shirts before taking 13 home. Tuesday 02/06/13 during lunch, I went back to pick up my shirts and was told she would call me because they were not in. Friday 02/08/13 I decide to stop by after dropping my daughter at daycare and my shirts were in. I left it up to the owners on how they would handle the inconvenience. I am writing the bad review, because all the lady said was "Thank you, come again." Please do not expect me to return. I will take my business elsewhere.
