Do not sign the contract without showing it to a commercial-based lawyer which cost only $110-$150. Worth the signing as the contact haven't been updated for years and it has been "standardized" a textbook-wise. Most of employees at Sunshine are really nice but not the president which is absolutely unbelievable. Go ahead and contact them - but be very very careful, do not take anything for granted. They sure do have many nice locations - no argument there. Please have a lawyer present on the day of sign-up. Good luck! :)
