What a horrible experience establishing gas service with this group. Their entire attitude is one of "you should be glad we are helping you". Phone calls not returned - inflated costs, costs that were not disclosed unfront.



Avoid at all costs would be my advice - I'm glad I purchased the tank - now I can get gas elsewhere.

Three calls on three days (mid-day) and no one can take a call. On the 4th day /try we finally get someone. We were looking for pricing and service plans and they were more focused on signing us up than sharing a quote. Rufused to give us any figures at all. Very odd. When pressed they offer terrible customer service and were quite rude. IMO, Use a only as a last resort.
