I really love the Shady Grove Fertility Frederick, MD Office. The staff is always nice, both in person, and on the phone. They always make your call a priority and they always make you a priority. Yes, sometimes the nurse’s call later in the day, but, that is when they have time to physically sit down and start going through their list of clients to call. If you call in to the office after hours, there is a number (they give it to you when they meet you for the first time) that you can call if you believe it is an emergency, or if you have immediate questions that need answered (as in the case of a medication dose to take that night). As far as the Doctor's, I've met with Dr. Bromer, and he's great. Yes, he presents some statistics (completely reasonable), but, he wants you to be acutely aware of what your odds are with fertility. He doesn't lead you in one direction or the other, but he presents you with all the options and then sits there patiently while you decide. He genuinely cares about you, and whenever he sees you, he asks how you are doing and if everything is OK. I've had calls, and emails from Delphinia, the financial coordinator, in order to make sure I understand my benefits and what to do next. I've never had anything but a great experience at Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, MD and I would always recommend them to my friends.
